Rev. Jacquelyn Hubbert brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in education and leadership. A lifelong educator, she has served as a teacher, principal, Area Assistant Superintendent, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Deputy Superintendent for Clayton County Public Schools. She also serves as an adjunct professor and executive leadership coach, and has played a key role in launching successful charter schools, including Elite Scholars Academy. Rev. Hubbert holds advanced degrees in English Education and Educational Leadership from Georgia State University and continues her theological studies. She is an ordained minister and active leader at Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church.

Dr. Jason D. Andrews is a seasoned executive, educator, and strategist with extensive experience in finance, higher education, and organizational leadership. He currently serves in senior leadership roles at Morehouse School of Medicine, where he leads enterprise financial strategy, operational transformation, and cross-functional initiatives that support institutional growth and sustainability. Dr. Andrews is an accomplished educator, teaching across graduate programs in business, education, and healthcare, with a focus on bridging academic theory and real-world application.

Kevin Brown is an accomplished educational leader with over 20 years of experience in special education, behavior intervention, and instructional leadership. He currently serves as a District Autism and Behavior Specialist with Atlanta Public Schools, where he leads the development of behavior intervention strategies, coaches educators, and partners with families and school leaders to improve student outcomes. Kevin is also a speaker, consultant, and certified life coach, dedicated to empowering students and educators through resilience, mindset development, and inclusive practices.

Judge Carol Walker-Russell is an accomplished jurist with over 25 years of judicial and legal experience. She currently serves as an Administrative Law Judge with the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings, where she presides over complex cases and renders fair and timely decisions. Throughout her distinguished career, she has also served as a magistrate judge, mediator, adjunct law professor, and practicing attorney, bringing a wealth of expertise in litigation, public service, and legal education.

Cathy Smith-Curry is a seasoned leader with over 27 years of experience in the criminal justice field. She currently serves as Director of the Office of Reentry Services with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, where she leads initiatives focused on improving outcomes for justice-involved youth and reducing recidivism. Her work has strengthened transition planning, increased family engagement, and expanded access to education and employment opportunities for youth across the state.

Kachelle L. White-Davis is a seasoned K-12 education leader with over 25 years of experience in special education and student support. She has served in leadership roles at the Georgia Department of Education and local school districts, where she has led statewide initiatives to improve outcomes for students with disabilities, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and strengthen systems of support for schools and families. Kachelle is deeply committed to equity in education and expanding opportunities for all learners.

Dr. Jeffrey Bright brings over 30 years of experience in juvenile justice, corrections, and education. He began his career with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice in 1994 and went on to serve in multiple leadership roles across state agencies. His expertise spans correctional operations, probation and parole, and community-based programming. Dr. Bright holds degrees from Savannah State University, Troy University, and Argosy University, where he earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership. A U.S. Navy veteran, he served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Stephanie Plessy is an experienced educator, special education advocate, and student support leader with over 14 years of experience across public and charter school systems. She holds a Master of Education in Behavioral and Learning Disabilities and is a Board-Certified Special Education Advocate through the American Academy of Special Education Professionals. Stephanie is the owner of Bridge2Bloom Education Advocacy and currently serves as a Program Manager with Financial Operations Networks. She is passionate about helping create a school where every scholar feels a true sense of belonging.

Ashley Gresham is a transformational healthcare leader and executive with extensive experience in emergency and trauma services. She currently serves as Vice President of Emergency Services at Grady Health System, where she leads strategic operations for one of the region's largest and most complex emergency care networks. With a strong focus on patient outcomes, workforce development, and community impact, Ashley has successfully led large multidisciplinary teams, secured multi-million-dollar grants, and launched innovative programs, including the first Trauma Recovery Center in the Southeastern United States.

LaTonya S. Burkhalter is a seasoned higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in program management, grant administration, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as a Program Specialist at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she manages federal Title III initiatives, oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Her work focuses on strengthening institutional capacity, supporting student success, and driving strategic program development.

Kina L. Hudson is a senior-level education leader with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to drive equity and student achievement. She has served as an educator, professional learning community leader, and early intervention program coordinator with Cobb County School District, where she has trained over 100 educators in MTSS-aligned instructional strategies and led districtwide technology and distance learning initiatives. Kina is passionate about closing achievement gaps and ensuring all learners have access to high-quality, evidence-based instruction and interventions.
